Are you longing for lasting relief and healing?
Lauri Brunello’s experience and training in EMDR Therapy, Parts Therapy / Internal Family Systems (IFS) can help.

Does this sound familiar?
You really don’t trust many people, even yourself.
You feel disconnected, lonely, and unfulfilled… even in your closest relationships.
You try not to need too much from others, but are always trying to stay one step ahead, knowing exactly what everyone else wants from you. It’s hard to relax.
You have problems falling asleep and when you finally do, you're jolted awake by a nightmare or panic attack. You feel wired and worn out all at once. You might use food or substances to take the edge off or numb out entirely.
You just need a little bit of relief.
Have you tried talk therapy and yet nothing changes?
You're still exhausted, stuck in the same cycle, repeating the same patterns day in and day out.
There is always hope for change.
The methods I use help clients develop insight and awareness of what is driving their symptoms. We can’t change what we don’t know.
Parts Work and EMDR give us a level of understanding akin to “looking under the hood”. By processing experiences and developing new insight and understanding of what happened to you and its impact, I will help you change your negative thought patterns and reactions so you can finally experience the relief and peace you deserve.
Experience long term change and healing with EMDR and “Parts” Therapy.

EMDR stands for “Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing”.
Your brain wants to heal and sometimes it just needs a little help.
EMDR therapy allows people to reprocess difficult or traumatic memories while addressing the underlying negative beliefs a person has come to believe about themselves or the world due to painful experiences or traumatic events.
Essentially, EMDR helps the brain tap into its natural ability to heal.
What is Parts Therapy?
Parts work, also called parts therapy, helps people explore and heal the different "parts" or sides of themselves. It’s based on the idea that our minds aren’t just one single voice or feeling, but are made up of many different parts, each with its own emotions, needs, and ways of protecting us.
For example, one part of you might feel angry, another part might feel scared, and another part might try to keep everything under control. Sometimes these parts can clash or cause inner conflict. Parts work helps you understand these parts, build a relationship with them, and heal the wounded ones, instead of ignoring or fighting them.
The goal of parts therapy is to help all the parts work together guided by your calm, wise core Self. It’s used to treat things like trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, and it often brings more self-compassion, balance, and inner peace.
My therapeutic approach is largely informed by two types of parts therapy. Internal Family systems and the Anchored Relational Model formerly known as Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network Model. I am basic trained in Internal Family Systems and basic trained and certified in the Anchored Relational Model.
I want you to know:
Making the decision to start therapy can be scary and overwhelming. But ask yourself what would it feel like to finally feel free from all the things that have been keeping you stuck?
Utilizing these methods clients are able to know themselves and see real change in their daily lives.
